Halloween Party Circles / Tags

Planning a Halloween party?  Taking a fun treat to book club, your kid's school, or to the neighbor?  Top off your treat with a Halloween party circle for an extra special touch.

So....I've been looking for a 2 in. scalloped punch for FOREVER and every craft store in a 50 mile radius is always sold out.  Where have you found one?  Best price?  Help me out readers, I would appreciate it ever so much!

Tent cards work great as place cards or to label foods on a buffet table.
