Tweet Bags

Treat bag toppers!  These are some of my favorite things to design, I think because they are so versatile.  You can fill the bags with literally anything!  Okay, maybe not literally.  But almost. Use them for candies, little toys, gift cards, gum, lip gloss, jewelry, etc.  
A pair of love birds make the perfect treat bag toppers for Valentines.
