When I went to college I had done laundry plenty of times before. But for some reason being on my own and standing in a room full of quarter gobbling machines I was suddenly very intimidated.
And lots of grads going off to college for the first time probably don't have a stockpile of laundry items to take with them. But they will need them, making this gift basket a great graduation gift!

ReplyDeleteMight want to add to your Laundry 101 instructions - Do Not over fill the wash tub or dryer tub! My daughter tried to wash 6 towels, her sheets, and more. She could not figure out why the machine kept stopping - over load! Then she finally crammed it all in the dryer and could not figure out why it would not all dry! LOL! This is also very dangerous having this much in the dryer, your dryer does not get the proper air circulation and it could even start a fire. She said she had this load in the dryer for over 4 hours!!! Someone finally told her what was up!
