A Newsworthy Gift

A gift basket full of Dad's favorite things is fun but what is really unique about this gift is the way it is wrapped.  Using the sports section (or the financial or comic) from a newspaper adds an extra element with a touch of masculinity.


Because all dads are different this basket can really be filled with just about anything.  But for some ideas here is what I included in this one:

- Crossword puzzles
- Book
-Yahtzee game
- Rubik's cube
- Tie
- Tie pin
- Candy
- Shoe horn
- Pens & Pencils
- And the rest of the newspaper

Also because the tie seems to be the universal gift for Father's I made a tag that can be matched with any gift.

    Where did you get the yahtzee game? My husband has had one for YEARS and it is dieing a slow and painful death. 2 of the buttons sticks - things don't light up the same -- it's just pitiful how he keeps hanging on to it.
